He is set to play 30 gigs in front of up to 70,000 people.
Ed, 26, will start his three-month road trip in Pasadena, California, on August 18 before wrapping up on November 10 in Atlanta, Georgia.

Although the dates have not gone on sale just yet, the star has warned his fans “there won’t be enough tickets to go around”.
He is one of the few Brit artists that have been able to crack America.

But despite a huge demand to see the Suffolk superstar perform in the flesh, he still claims he is an insecure and “awkward” person.
