Man loses 21st in 15 months naturally by doing these two simple things

Just three years go, Jared tipped the scales at 36st.

While he knew he needed to make a change, it wasn’t until his doctor told him he was on the road to an early death that Jared took the change seriously.

In a blog entry, Jared wrote: “I’ve been fat my entire life.”


INCREDIBLE: Jared shed 21st in 15 months

He continued: “Every day I have woken up heavier than I was the day before. It was a fact of life, and I accepted it.

“I didn’t want to be fat but I didn’t fight against it because I knew it would require a change in lifestyle.

“Today is different…I do care about how I feel and how I want to live.”

So Jared made two drastic changes: He cut out sugar and took up DDP Yoga.

DDP Yoga is a mix of cardio, yoga and traditional calisthenics – something that wasn’t easy for Jared to do when he was severely overweight.

Of his first yoga session, Jared said: “When I got winded, I stopped to breathe, but let the video continue to play.”

He continued: “I missed a few moves and joined back in when I could and didn’t worry about trying to catch up.

“I finished the video knowing that while I had not done everything as instructed, I had still made a major accomplishment.”

Jared was determined, and after just 15 months he had shed an incredible 21st.
