Many couples have naughty conversations while they’re getting intimate.
But while dirty talk is a major turn on, there are some phrases you should never utter when you’re getting jiggy.
So what should you avoid saying in the sack?
Daily Star Online recently asked men what they hate to hear in the bedroom.
A poll of 3,500 readers revealed which four words are the least arousing.
Results showed that you should avoid asking awkward questions while you’re romping.
“Is it in yet?” was the phrase that was deemed to be the biggest mood kill.
A whopping 38% of participants said this would be the worst thing to hear while going at it.
The question “are you nearly done?” proved nearly as unpopular.
A sizeable 36% of blokes polled said they’d hate to hear these words in the sack.
The third most loathed phrase was “keep the noise down”, with 10% of chaps picking this as the worst option.
While “turn the lights off” and “we don’t have long” were also disliked by participants, not as many picked these choices.
Only 8% of participants said the commands were the biggest turn off.
Here are the four words men hate to hear during sex, according to a Daily Star Online poll:
1. Is it in yet – 38%
2. Are you nearly done – 36%
3. Keep the noise down – 10%
4. Turn the lights off – 8%
