Many couples enjoy talking to each other during sex.
But while dirty talk can be a major turn on, there are some phrases that are bound to kill the mood.
A recent poll revealed which conversations you should always avoid having in the bedroom.
So can you guess what they are?
Daily Star Online recently asked women what they hate to hear in the bedroom.
Our poll of 4,300 readers revealed which four words are the least arousing.
Results showed that many hated hearing the words “you go on top”.
A sizeable 28% of participants said this would be the worst thing to hear while going at it.
The question “are you nearly done?” was also deemed to be unacceptable.
Unsurprisingly, 24% of ladies admitted they loathe being rushed towards orgasm.
The phrase “put the telly on” proved to be almost as unpopular.
This suggests that women prefer to have their partner’s whole attention while they’re getting jiggy.
“Keep the noise down” and “we don’t have long” were also disliked by participants, but not as many picked these choices.
While 14% picked the former as the most irritating, 12% selected the latter.
Four words men hate to hear during sex, according to a Daily Star Online poll:
1. You go on top – 28%
2. Are you nearly done? – 24%
3. Put the telly on – 22%
4. Keep the noise down – 14%
5. We don’t have long – 12%
